Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google — we can't cancel them on your behalf.

iOS: Open the Settings app > tap your name at the top > Subscriptions > find Mochi & Me > tap Cancel Subscription.

Android: Open Google Play > tap your profile icon in the top right > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > find Mochi & Me > tap Cancel subscription.

You'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.


How do I restore my purchases?

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, open the Profile tab inside Mochi & Me and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used when you first subscribed.

If that doesn't work, email us at hello@mochiandme.app with your purchase receipt and we'll get it sorted~


How do I delete my data?

Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device automatically.

If you were signed in with Apple or Google, your data is also backed up to our cloud. To delete that, email hello@mochiandme.app with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your sign-in. We'll process your request within 30 days and confirm when it's done.


How do I save my data across devices?

Open the Profile tab inside Mochi & Me and sign in with Apple or Google. This links your anonymous account to your Apple ID or Google account and backs up your relationship progress and journal to the cloud.

On your new device, sign in with the same account and your data will restore automatically.


I found a bug — how do I report it?

We'd love to know! Email hello@mochiandme.app with a description of what happened, your device model, and iOS/Android version. Screenshots are always helpful if you can grab one~
